The valley station of the Predigtstuhlbahn is located near the bypass of Bad Reichenhall on the B20/B21. It is easily accessible and well signposted. If in doubt, please use your navigation system or a route planner, such as Google Maps.

By train (Berchtesgadener Land Bahn, Deutsche Bahn, or Austrian Federal Railways), travel to the Bad Reichenhall – Kirchberg stop. The valley station of the Predigtstuhlbahn is just a 5-minute walk away on the other side of the river. The path is signposted from the platform.
By the way, the Predigtstuhlbahn is the only mountain railway that has a direct connection to the European railway network. The IC 2083 “Königssee”, which runs daily between Hamburg-Altona and Berchtesgaden, stops at Bad Reichenhall – Kirchberg. But also Salzburg, Rosenheim, Munich, Mühldorf, and Landshut are easily accessible directly or with just one transfer (and vice versa).

The bus stop “Tiroler Tor / Predigtstuhlbahn” is located very close to the valley station (about a 5-minute walk). It is served by the Bad Reichenhall city bus line 1 (which is free of charge for holiday guests with a spa card), as well as by the Upper Bavarian regional transport (RVO line 841) and the Austrian Postbus.
