We do not require a deposit. However, to facilitate our planning and ideal arrangement, we kindly ask you to adhere to the number of guests you have indicated. Last-minute cancellations result in a financial burden for us, which we will offset with a reasonable but unavoidable no-show fee of 30% of the event price. We ask for your understanding in this matter. This fee will be waived if the cancellation is made 4 days before the event starts. In the case of a change in the number of guests, a brief notification up to 4 days before the event is sufficient. In the case of illness, the no-show fee will be waived upon presentation of a medical certificate.
If you decide to participate in the event at short notice, we will of course do our best, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a reservation.
Predigtstuhlbahn GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right, in the event of no-shows without cancellation or if fewer guests attend the event than indicated above and the cancellation/reduction is not reported at least 4 days before the event, to charge a no-show fee of 30% of the event price per no-show person to my above-mentioned address.

Spring maintenance

Please be advised that we will be carring out essential maintenance work

from April 13th to May 15th, 2026.

Our scheduled opening and closing times during this period are as follows:

  • April 13 – April 24: Cable car & restaurants closed
  • April 25 & April 26: Cable car & mountain hut open (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • April 27 – April 30: Cable car & restaurants closed
  • May 1 – May 3: Cable car & restaurants open (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Either May 4 – May 8 or May 11 – May 15: closed – Please note: Planned work on the support towers is weather-dependent; therefore these dates are subject to change.
